As long as you are at least 18 years of age; just click sign up at the top of the homepage, and sign up instantly with Facebook, Google or enter your name, email address and a password.
Once you’re a member, you can book places to stay, list your place for rent, add friends and create a wish list of your favourite accommodation. You’ll receive regular offers, recommendations and travel tips by email, and can earn travel credit when you invite your friends and leave reviews.
It only takes a minute to sign up to YallaSa7el – and it’s completely free.
Just add it to a wish list, you can add as many wish lists as you want! To do this, sign up or log in first, then click on save to wish list if you are in the property page or click the heart button on the top of the thumbnail in the search page. This way, you can create a list of all the places you love, to come back to when the time’s right to book them.
If you have further questions on the property, which are not answered in the description or shown on the pictures, please contact your host directly.
To write a message to the host, you have to be registered at YallaSa7el.com and your account has to be confirmed. The registration is free of charge. On the right side of every listing, below the host profile picture and name, you will find a “Contact me” orange button to contact the host directly.
We would advise you not to exchange contact information without booking first or making an arrangement to pay in cash. This is for your own safety and security. YallaSa7el would not be responsible for any booking made outside of our platform.
The price per night can be set differently by the host for specific periods (single days or entire months). Often the price is applicable for a season, and is higher at the weekends or holidays as well as for major events. Then it goes somehow down on off peak season intervals. You can see an overview of the prices if you click on the “Calendar” button above the property pictures in the property page.
Instant Book listings don't require approval from the host before they can be booked. Instead, guests can just choose their travel dates, book, and discuss check-in plans with the host.
If you have Instant Book on, it will apply to all available dates on your calendar. Guests who meet your requirements will be able to automatically book your space.The benefits of Instant Book include:
Convenience: Book guests without having to respond to each request.
More guest interest: Guests can use filters to search for listings that can be booked instantly. Instant Book listings are more popular with guests since they’re able to more easily plan their trip.
You can filter your search to only view listings that are available through Instant Book. To be eligible for Instant Book, you must complete your Aprofile on YallaSa7el.
There is no additional fee for Instant Book for either the host or guest.
When you have found the perfect place that you have been looking for! Enter your travel dates ‘Check in’ and ‘Check out’ in the box on the right side as well as state the number of guests. In the booking process you are asked to enter your payment information. Please once again check the details you have provided. From the moment that your booking has been accepted the amount is debited but is not paid to the host.
You will be securely directed to pay your booking with credit card (Master card, Visa Card) through CIB bank page.
When you have decided for the place you want and entered your travel dates in the booking process you will be asked to enter your payment details. From the moment where the booking is either accepted by the system or actively by the host either the entire booking will be debited. You will immediately receive a booking confirmation via email with your payment confirmation.
The payment to the host will be made 24 hours after your arrival. Should something not meet with your expectations then let us know as soon as possible so that we can if necessary withhold the payment. Should it be a complaint then please remember that photos might be helpful and in any case will also need an email from you.
In case the place does not correspond with the uploaded photos, description or amenities then speak to the host about it. The host should offer you a prompt solution that you are satisfied with. But in any case also inform our customer service so we can if necessary delay payout to the host and we will additionally require it in writing from you. Don’t forget to state your booking number. Please remember that providing us with photos and a detailed description of the situation will be very helpful.
Firstly, we can reassure you that a host would only ever cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances. Secondly, be assured that if this does happen, you’ll receive a full refund.
If your host has to cancel your booking they will let you know straight away, and contact our customer services team. We’ll then get in touch with you to discuss next steps, and will send you a cancellation confirmation by email.
Even if you know the host needs to cancel your booking, please don’t cancel the booking yourself in your account (or you'll be subject to a cancellation fee). To ensure a full refund, it must be cancelled by the host.
We’ll be happy to help you find alternative accommodation.
Booking requests: you can withdraw these at any time, as long as the host hasn’t yet accepted it. To do so, go to your profile, then Trips > Upcoming > DETAILS and click the 'Withdraw booking request' button.
Confirmed bookings: we hope you don’t need to, but once the host has accepted a booking request, you can cancel your confirmed booking in your profile. Go to Trips > Upcoming, then click DETAILS, and then the ‘Cancel booking’ button. Your refund will depend on the cancellation policy your host has chosen. Unfortunately, you will be subject to a 5% commission as well. If you need to cancel, please give the host adequate notice.
You arrange the time and place to pick up keys personally with your host and don’t forget if you should get compound passes as well. You can ask about that before you book so that everything will be clear after. Once your booking is confirmed, contact the host through our internal messaging system. You’ll also receive contact details in your confirmation email.
If you have agreed a fixed time with your host for arrival but they don’t come and cannot be reached either via email or phone then please get in touch with our customer service. They will try to get in touch with your host and provide you with assistance.
Hint: For special emergencies we have a phone number where you are always able to get in touch with our customer service. You will receive the emergency number separately in your booking confirmation via email.
Unfortunately it is presently not possible to retrospectively change an accepted booking. Should you want to make changes to your booking please first contact the host and enquire whether their place is available for the new period. Should this be the case then please contact our customer service via email. We will try and find a prompt solution for you.
